Enjoy the very clean, comfortable self-contained basement suite in our home all to yourself. It has its own private entrance and accessible parking on the street. Accommodates 2 people comfortably. You can cook your meals in the kitchen which has all appliances and is completely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and some basic cooking supplies. We are unable to accommodate animals/pets of any kind or size! NOTE: please clearly indicate how many people will be arriving to our home.

Two friendly pups upstairs, & while the yard’s a work in progress, it’s fully fenced for furry fun. Just far enough from the lake to chill, but close enough to zip over by bike or scooter. Relax, recharge & let the dogs out! Includes a $50 per day parking value.

We have a lovely guest suite for you to relax and enjoy in our basement. The suite is best suited for family orientated guests. Walk-out basement with a private entrance. Note: The entrance to our home is at the back of the house as well. Lots of parking! (We can accommodate a truck and trailer). No stairs to climb inside or out! Cool in the summer....and did I mention in floor heating for those cold winter days. Living room: 42in flat screen tv with Telus OptikTV, basic cable.

This suite is a separate entry all to yourself. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify us if these extras are needed. As we may need prepare the linens for you.
