The patio off the living room and kitchen are adjoined and make for additional outdoor living space with comfortable seating, BBQ and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. All the amenities you need to have a fun and comfortable family location. This location allows easy access to all Southern California attractions: Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, and Sea World are just a short freeway drive away. Los Angeles attractions to the north are about 1 hour away. This location is about 1.5 miles to the beach and features a great walking path that winds along the Monarch Golf Course under Pacific Coast Highway and ends at the Ritz Carlton. Major nearby hotels include: Waldorf Astoria, (walking distance), Ritz Carlton, (1/4 mile), Montage in Laguna Beach (about 5 miles north) and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point.
