Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Das Dachgeschoß dieses Privathauses wurde zu einer sehr besonderen, großen 115m² Wohnung ausgebaut, mit großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zum überdachten Balkon, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Unzählige Outdoormöglichkeiten stehen direkt vor der Haustüre zur Verfügung. Die ruhige Wohnung bietet 3 Personen Platz zum Ausspannen und Erholen. Mit einem schönen Frühstück am Balkon im Sommer kann es sogar auch sein, dass ein Reh gemütlich vorbei spaziert.

With only a 2 minute walk into the village center you are close to everything St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. There is plenty of public parking about 100m from the house. The price is around 8-10€/24h
