Located within the Lake Almanor Country Club, there are plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The home is complete with a wet bar, free Wifi, Four smart TV's with satellite tv and Netflix included. In the garage, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole set and a basketball game. This impeccably clean and updated cabin in the woods is the perfect mountain retreat! It features a completely open living space on the main floor with modern appliances, and a cozy woodstove. The master bedroom has a gas stove and a new master bath with tiled shower, soaking tub, and wood vanity. The second bedroom has a queen and set of bunk beds. Enjoy the spacious back deck, complete with a hot tub.The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunkbeds and a small half bathroom.

Swallows Nest

Welcome to the Swallows Nest. Your home base during your time of fun and adventure in the Lake Almanor basin. The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
