Bailey Creek runs year-round through the backyard - gather around the creekside fire pit on the large log bench, or take it all in from the 3-level deck. Sleeps 8 across a designer loft and 2,000 sq. ft. of comfortable space. Modern kitchen, Starlink, and Level 2 EV charging. Hat Creek's legendary fly-fishing is a short drive away. Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience
