The house has many common areas: living room, family room with wet bar, 2 sunrooms and two patios. It has charming features such as a sunk-in jetted tub, spiral staircase and beautiful stone fireplace. The address is Lake Luzerne but the property boarders the town of Lake George. No smoking is allowed.
