The apartment is in the perfect location, right in the middle of town making it an ideal base for exploring all that Florence has to offer. Whether you’re here for a week and get away or an extended stay, you’ll feel right at home in a rustic and charming space!

The Harty House - Walking Distance to Downtown!

The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

This home is in a quiet and private culdesac located within a mile of Sheraton Convention Center, Rivery Park coffee shops, restaurants, and San Gabriel park and trails. Located with two miles of the Georgetown Square and nightlife. Home offers the best of all worlds with the interior including wall wine racks, kitchen appliances, and spacious suite rooms with adjacent areas for office work. This includes the huge lot space for outside activities.

Take a deep breath, put your feet up and and enjoy the views from this quiet hill country Casita! You'd swear you were out in the country but surprisingly this amazing little house is literally minutes from I-35 and the Georgetown Square. Built in 2018 this house will treat you with quiet surroundings and modern amenities. 1 bed/1 bath, queen bed + fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Must be 25 to book, no guests under 15. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad.

Set on heavily wooded acres. Close to dining, shopping, downtown but also tucked away enough to unplug and relax. Hike to the San Gabriel River or take a short drive to Georgetown Lake. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - removed during summer and burn bans. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues. 1000 sq. ft 2 bedroom space with a private pool! This is the first floor of our home and is completely separate from the rest of the house. You will have lake access which is right across the street. We do live on the property, Please read our entire listing before booking.
