Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk/dining table. Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

Quiet location, easy access to I-5, shopping, Lake Oswego, hiking, and the Tualatin River. The cottage has one bedroom w/ a queen bed, blow up queen mattress, and a large couch. The large fir trees on the property attract many birds and squirrels. We also have a flock of neighborhood peacocks that visit!
