Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

The master and en-suite is on the main level. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bath. The main living area is open concept. Outside is a screened porch and at the water, there’s an upper and lower deck for sunning, fishing and swimming. There is space for your boat and jet ski. Kayaks, paddle boards, and a peddle boat are yours to use.
