The Cifrapart Guesthouse is situated in the city of Eger in a nice and cosy suburban area, 8-10 minutes on foot from the historical center. The house was built close to Gardonyi House and the backyard of the very famous Eger Castle. The city view from the street is incredibly gorgeous. The Guesthouse consist of 3 rooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Besides, 1 car can safely park on the house backyard. I can't rent out the whole house for 1-2 people/1 night! This renovated house with large garden is on the side of the kiss Tisza Lake. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, watch the water birds over the lake. you can even fish on the lake. The lake is privately owned, you can find all info on internet (Ároktő Horgásztó). Ároktő is a small village on the edge of the Tisza River. Within short distance the are a lot of beautiful sites to visit (Eger, Debrecen, Hortibagy, Tiszaifured, ...)

200 éves nádfedeles parasztház, 2018-ban teljes körűen felújítva. Kényelmes, új matracokkal a régi díszes ágyak is. Szauna . Konyha felszerelve, sütő, kávéfőző. Gyerekeknek etetőszék, szükség esetén kiságy rendelkezésre áll, kertben homokozó. Kisállatot is hozhatsz. Eger vár, borospince, Szépasszonyvölgy,strand 10 km, Egerszalók termálfürdő, hőforrás strand 5 km. Bükk túrák20km, Hortobágy Puszta 30 km, Mátra hegy 30 km.

Just a few steps from the spa and a 10-minute walk from the city center—you can live in the heart of the city. The apartment features a small kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm). It is located on the 10th floor (the elevator only goes up to the 8th floor).
