Enjoy a campfire at night, morning coffee with a view and catch some sun on the water. Get your steps in walking through Oakwood Park and enjoy lunch and drinks at Oakwood Inn. You can also walk to Louie's Bar & Grill, The Frog Tavern or Pizza Hut. More dining and a grocery store are only a 5 minute drive.

Welcome to the most beautiful/zen place Private house on Nakomis Island on Papakeechie Lake. This place does not feel like it is in Indiana. Porch faces east🔥. It is our favorite spot. Living here temporarily on blackout dates so most common supplies are full and available to use. No outside watercraft of any kind without approval. No motors allow. There are kayaks here to use for free. This is a private lake and we care a lot about our neighbors and the lake and keeping it a slice of Heaven

28-foot Pontoon available for rent. Back lot for boat trailers and parking. Spacious main floor is wide open concept with windows across the front to view the action out on the lake. Even if you are in the kitchen, you are still in conversations. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for families to have privacy and get a good night’s sleep. 4 of 5 bedrooms have a vanity / sink for the little things like brushing your teeth or freshening up. Two of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached.

Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two dining areas that seat 6 each, laundry room and 1/2 bath all on main level. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with addl loft bedroom and other full bath.

Pickwick Channel front is a unique open channel with BEAUTIFUL lake scenery! It's a Family friendly home. Grocery, restaurants, shopping, and more less than a mile down the road in Syracuse.A perfect small home that sleeps up to 8 aduits and 2 children. 4 bedrooms, 2 kings, 2 queens and hallway bunks with 2 twins for children. A FULLY STOCKED kitchen with an overextended island allows for ample seating while being engaged with the living area that boasts an oversized sectional and rockers.

Cozy cottage

Cozy cottage that is nestled in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The four main restaurants on the lake are all within walking distance(5-10 minutes) from the cottage. A full playground is located across the street. Private pier access on Lake Wawasee is an easy three minute walk. The pier is large enough for 5-6 people to lay out on. The cottage has A/C units located upstairs and downstairs. The cottage sleeps six people via one queen bed, one pull out couch, and one futon.

Huge open concept with plenty of light. Take a .23 mile walk to our private beach, lounge by the pier, or rent a boat and head to the best sand bar in the Midwest. Lake Wawasee is the largest natural lake in Indiana. It offers great skiing and fishing, 3 restaurants you can enjoy by boat and the best sunrise/sunset boat cruises you can imagine. The house is only 5 minutes from either Syracuse or North Webster to check out the local shopping boutiques and farmers markets.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
