Our cottage features a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed fiber Internet, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and washer and dryer. This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

Dog-Friendly Modern Cabin Near Beach

Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Great Escape (All Seasons)

Close to everything, yet tucked away on a beautiful street in grand Marais. 10 minutes to the famous Grand Beach, 2 minutes to Lanky’s ice cream shop, Lola's, and mini-golf. Watch unmatchable sunsets or simply enjoy nature. 5 minutes to one of the best ice fishing spots on Lake Winnipeg. At the cabin, you can enjoy a full kitchen and bathroom. The fully fenced, private backyard has a large covered deck, patio table, chairs, BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy year round.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Little Retreat in the Forest | Gimli | Camp Morton

The Forest is your secluded, magical escape on 80 acres of private forest. Close (not too close) to Gimli, Manitoba down a long, private road. Waiting for you to restore and disconnect, enjoy the decks, walk the trails, or take in the healing medicine of the forest. Nestled in the spruce and aspen boreal forest, a woodstove, hammocks, fire pits, hiking trails, swimming pond, snowshoeing. And the vinyl collection. And As John Prine said we threw away the TV.

The Beach House

Timber framed small house (480 sf) with two separate bedrooms accessed via ships ladder. Bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Built in 2017. Conveniently located next to a 10 acre provincial park (public beach, boardwalk, dog friendly beach, tennis courts, play structures and town amenities (grocery store, restaurants, arcade, yoga studio).

The Wonderful Wanasing Cabin Retreat

Clean and nicely furnished 800 sqft cottage + 200 sqft attached year-round sunroom. Yard is fully fenced; front yard has 4ft tall chainlink fencing enclosing 500sqft and backyard has 5ft tall chainlink fencing enclosing 4000sqft. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the beach (Wanasing) and within fair driving distance to other local beaches.

La Chabola (provide your own linens/towels)

Here is another option to stay in, right in Steep Rock. No dusty back roads to drive down and just a few minutes away from the lake. Its a private lot and has two entrances, so no need to turn around. Its minimalist style will be great for people who enjoy camping. Plenty of outdoor space and privacy.

BB Hilltop Haven - All the necessities of home

Nestled atop the hill, while close to main roads, this cottage has a private view of its natural surroundings. Less than 10 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach area PLUS strategically located near Victoria Beach & Grand Beach. Modern interior with all the necessities of home. 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 5+.
