Horse Farm on a Beautiful Lake

Small Thoroughbred Race Horse Farm on a beautiful lake. The dock has plenty of benches for fishing, picnicking, or just dreaming. There is a Swimming pool right out your door. Please note there is no barrier around pool and all children (anyone under age of 18)must be supervised at all times. Guests must swim at their own risk. You may see horses in the paddocks. The pool deck overlooks the lake for hanging out or quiet time. Please note price is for studio (sleeps 3 or more with sofa beds)

The fridge comes stocked with soda and water. There's a 55" TV with cable and wifi. The room is secluded from main living area with private access. Guest will have full privacy during stay. Our home is located 5 minutes from I4, HCC Plant City & Downtown Plant City in a Gated community.

It is less than a block away from both the lake and Commonground Park. It is located along the I-4 between Tampa (40 min drive) and Orlando/Disney and its attractions (1 hr drive). It has close access to route 98 and the 570 Polk Pkwy and many other attractions, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. You will love this place!
