Our three warm and cosy pods are situated behind the main farm steading in a quiet setting away from the road and next to a small beck. The pods all have underfloor heating so you are guaranteed to be warm no matter the season. With excellent access from junction 36 of the M6, we are situated at the top of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, with views down towards Windermere Lake. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and enjoy lovely views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

Luxury Woodland Glamping Pod Heaves Wood - Yan

Yan is the biggest of our luxury camping pods, with it's own kitchen and shower room, it sleeps 2 adults and one infant. Yan pod is an ideal woodland base for lovers of the great outdoors We are situated 4 miles south of Kendal, on the border of the Lake District National Park, and on the Bay Cycleway. Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and other amenities are close by. There are many local walks from the wood and easy access by car to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
