The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

This is a first-floor, one-bedroom apartment with full eat-in kitchen, and living room with Netflix-only t.v. Terrific for budget-conscious travelers who like to save by eating in; families, business travelers and visitors of Millersville University. There is a small bathroom off the bedroom with shower. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

The Barn on Fox Alley is a repurposed garage built in 1999, transformed into a magnificent Amish barn that pays homage to Lancaster county’s rich heritage. The spacious interior of the barn is meticulously adorned with hand-hewn reused floors and reclaimed barn wood throughout.

Historic Downtown Merchant's Home - Beittel House

*please read entire listing before booking* This historic home is a fantastic space filled with sunlight and the kind of charm that you can only gain from over 148 years in existence. It is located in a building that we own and is directly above our boutique retail store. The center city location (almost everything is walkable) is perfect for travelers, so we renovated it into a guest house!

Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
