Mitt på Utö med gångavstånd till stränder och fantastisk natur ligger denna lilla pärla. Perfekt för den som vill ha det lugnt och bo mitt i naturen. Huset är perfekt för två personer men funkar med tex 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Bara några minuters promenad till havet. Flera utmärkta vandringsleder finns på Utö. En karta finns i huset. "Samhället" Gruvan är ca 4km bort där flertalet restauranger, matbutik m.m. finns. Kliv av båten vid Spränga brygga. Att tänka på. En tur går endast till Gruvan.

Sjöutsikt från alla rum. Sovrum 1 med dubbelsäng, sovrum 2 med bred våningssäng (120 cm där nere). I nära anslutning till huset finns gästhus med bred våningssäng och toalett. Nära till strand med hopptorn, golfbanor, café, restaurang, affär, båt till Utö. 30 minuter från Sthlm med bil. Smidig kollektivtrafik.

Oxelösund är en fantastisk skärgårds stad med många guldkorn att besöka. Bra kommunikationer med motorväg enda till Oxelösund. 10 min med bil till Nyköping och endast 1 timme till Stockholm.
