There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

Attached to our family home but with private entrance and off-street parking, The Lodge offers guests a stylish living/dining area, a comfortable galleried king bedroom upstairs and outdoor seating area. Garden Annexe in Petersfield

The Annexe is a newly-built light and airy bedroom and bathroom with sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities (and fridge). It has underfloor heating and plenty of clothes storage space. Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips. Breakfast is available, when possible, by request as an extra.

A spacious cosy cottage nestled into the foothills of Steep hangars with stunning views from the fields and woodland around the cottage. The main living area is a light and airy space on one floor with underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds. Fold up bed and cot also available. Local pub is a five minute walk up quiet country lane. There is a small safely enclosed back terrace and front garden.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

With a view to a stream to the front and beautiful countryside to the rear. It has off road parking, lockable storage for bikes, small paved cottage garden.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Inspired by Soho Farmhouse. A stylish converted barn set in the grounds of a Georgian Lodge within the South Downs National Park. Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
