It spans 80m² and is located in a peaceful setting, directly adjacent to forest and cross-country ski trails. The villa's large windows offer stunning panoramic views of the enchanting nature and forest landscapes. The villa includes a carport and ample parking space in close proximity. Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).
