In zona residenziale,fuori dal centro storico, l'alloggio è finemente arredato e confortevole.Ha ingresso indipendente,fa parte di una casa colonica in stile toscano con soffitti in mezzane e travi in legno.E' composto da soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale e attigua cucina ben attrezzata (frigocombo,lavastoviglie e forno microonde).La camera da letto matrimoniale è sul soppalco al quale si accede con una comoda scaletta. Sotto si trovano gli armadi e le cassettiere.Arredo di design.

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). There are two extra single beds in the bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
