The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. Mesilla STR Permit #0830 We've renovated 90-year-old historic structures to create sustainable, environmental friendly spaces with rainwater harvesting, solar energy, electric solar-powered car charger. This renovated adobe casita is the 2nd structure after our main house. The 3rd is a smaller vacation rental called Yucca Casita. We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

Charmed by the ambiance of our historic Southwestern design and the Garden Greenhouse, our luxurious Queen Suite offers a cozy step back in time, weaving together old world charm and modern comforts like WIFI, mini fridge, Smart TV, AC, plush bathrobes and more. Please note there is a train that occasionally travels near the neighborhood.
