If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. El apartamento está totalmente reformado, cuenta con un dormitorio independiente con dos camas de 0,90x2,00 que se pueden unir o separar y con amplio armario. En el salón hay un sofá cama para una persona adicional. El cuarto de baño es con ducha, está dentro del dormitorio. Calefacción con radiadores de calefacción en todas las estancias. Aire acondicionado en dormitorio y salón. La cocina totalmente equipada. Lavadora. (no secadora, la ropa se seca con un tendedero portátil) TV, Internet WIFI, secador de pelo, plancha de ropa. Los huéspedes reservan su estadía para el alojamiento indicado; es importante leer las normas del anuncio ya que está prohibido fumar en cualquier zona del alojamiento. El piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente; cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min. Es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo, el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.
