The Riverfront Mansion is located in Palo Verde Meadows; a quiet family neighborhood in Bullhead City, AZ. The home is about 6 miles down the river from the Casinos in Laughlin, NV. The area is extremely friendly and great for outdoor activities! You can leave your Boat at the Dock right in front of the home and you have about 70 miles of river & lakes to explore. Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.

Close to restaurants, grocery, gas and even the casinos. Our home has perfect views inside and out with a large, covered patio with BBQ. Have fun on our beach, swim, fish of the dock or play on the large grass area. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Fun for the whole family!!!
