Die Wohnung befindet sich in unserem Haus, in dem wir auch leben. Man gelangt durch einen seperaten Eingang in die Wohnung. Wir befinden uns in einer ruhigen Siedlung und haben alles was man braucht und kann dies auch zu Fuß erreichen. BMW Haltestelle sowie die öffentliche Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss, mit Tageslicht Fenster. Es sind drei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Buchung nur fürmindestens 2 Personen

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Bauernhaus eines Einsiedlerdreiseithofs, eingebettet in einen wunderschönen Garten, umgeben von Feldern in Niederbayern, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Straubing und dem Bayerischen Wald. Ein Ort, um aktiv die Umgebung zu erkunden, beim Wandern, Joggen, Skifahren oder Paddeln, angrenzende Städte, wie Straubing, Landshut und Regensburg zu besichtigen, Gäste zu empfangen und gemeinsam zu Kochen, vor dem Kamin und im Garten zur Ruhe zu kommen oder sich in der hauseigenen Sauna zu entspannen.

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ruhigen Siedlung zentral in Mengkofen. Die Bushaltestelle zur BMW ist ein ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist bis zu 5 Personen beziehbar. Es sind zwei Einzelzimmer und eine zwei Bett Zimmer. Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche . Waschmaschine, Internet ,Parkplatz Keine Haustiere. Preis 30,00€ pro Person/pro Nacht. Buchung möglich nur ab 2 Personen
