Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as four furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field opposite the hut. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

The property is in the heart of Groby Village close to local amenities and shops. Excellent travel links to the A50, A46 and M1 and a 5 minute drive from Groby pool, Martinshaw woods and Bradgate park. My place is great for a working professional couple or even a single person!

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

The Pig Hut offers accommodation for two, on the banks of our picturesquely lit pond and overlooking our paddock to the rear. The Hut is on mains electricity, heated and is fully equipped with a kitchen oven/hob and en-suite bathroom. Fast WiFi. Guests also have the sole use of an outside electric hot tub with canopy.
