Hytte med fantastisk utsikt i rolige omgivelser. Kort vei til fjorden og en robåt er tilgjengelig i sommerhalvåret. Hytta har minikjøkken, kjøleskap, liten stekeovn og micro. Ikke oppvaskemaskin. Bad med dusj og toalett, varmekabler i gulvet. Stue med salonggruppe, spisebord og en koselig peis. Soverommene er svært små. Overbygd veranda med utemøbler. Sengetøy og handduker er ikke inkludert. Når snø, må man parkere ved veien og gå de siste 50 m opp til hytta. Parkering ved hytta om sommeren.

Boligen har stor triveleg terrasse med takoverbygg og delvis sjøutsikt. Det er ca 15 minutt å gå til sentrum der det blant annet er to matbutikker. Skole med lekeplass og fotballbane er 5 - 10 minutter unna (gange). Det er fjell på alle kanter, så man kan snøre skoene å gå til fjells der man får nydelig utsikt over fjord og fjell.
