Restaurants, Lennox Point Hotel and the Bowling club are a 5 minute walk away, Lake Ainsworth is a 15 minute walk away

Downstairs area, self-contained, 2 large bedrooms, bathroom/shower, separate toilet ,lounge, deck, pool .It is private but part of the house so expect some noise from everyday activities. Own entrance at the side, down a slope with pavers which is slippery when it rains and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The haven is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, lake, surf club, great coffee and restaurants making it the perfect space to relax. It is a sunny self contained modern unit with a private, fenced courtyard and garden. North facing, it captures warmth in winter and cool breezes in summer. The full thickness queen sized bed is a wall bed and can be easily tilted up into the wall to allow for a flexible space.

Our Studio Apartment is fully sterilised. ..self-contained with free Wifi and Aircon. It is about a 5 to 10 minute drive to the centre of Byron Bay. And a five minute drive to the nearest beach. After booking all instructions are in the house manual and guidelines on where to to find the key and park etc.
