It is in the middle of Mestia, surrounded with gigantic mountains and a river “Enguri” is just about 2 minutes to walk. There are 3 shops nearby and Mestia center is about 15 minutes to walk (3m. To drive) the cottage is isolated and quiet and it has everything to live also for longer stay. (We have special offers to the remote workers/everyone who are interested to stay long terms).

Built over 100 years ago by my great grandfather, this typical Svanetian house was abandoned for over 50 years before we decided to renovate and give a new life to it. The house is on two floors with a spacious living area, a vintage fireplace and fully functional kitchen on the ground level. Four renovated bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms on each floor.
