Το σπίτι μας βρισκεται στο κέντρο του Λεωνιδίου, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μόλις 2 λεπτα με τα πόδια από όλα τα καταστήματα και τις καφετέριες. Από τη βεράντα θα απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και τη θέα του Λεωνιδίου πανοραμικά. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Ένα επιπλέον άτομο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο στον καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, μπορούμε να παρέχουμε ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι. Για τους επισκέπτες που έχουν βρέφη, διαθέτουμε πάρκο. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να μαγειρέψετε και να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. We welcome you to the Manor of L.A (Leonidio Arkadias), a fully renovated stone/wood house (autumn 2023) originally built on 1826 (105 square meters). A dream destination for your vacation accommodating 4-5 . Located on a quiet neighborhood next to Dafnonas river, with an amazing view to the red cliffs, still 5' walking to Leonidio's central sq., the market, restaurants & cafes. The house is also very close to the famous climbing spots while 5' by car to all nearby beaches.

Καλώς ήρθατε στο μικρό μας φωτεινό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου. Από το μπαλκόνι απολαμβάνετε τη θέα στον επιβλητικό Κοκκινόβραχο, τη γραφική γειτονιά της Σίου και τον κήπο μας. Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

Στη καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου, κάτω από τη σκιά του επιβλητικού Κοκκινόβραχου και μόλις 2χλμ, από τις πανέμορφες παραλίες του Μυρτώου πελάγους το σπίτι μας είναι έτοιμο να σας προσφέρει εκπληκτικές διακοπές. Το σπίτι μας είναι studio και φιλοξενεί 2 άτομα. Είναι καινούριο (2019) και έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Στον κήπο μπορείτε να πάρετε το πρωινό σας, να απολαύσετε την ημέρα κάτω από τη φυσική σκιά των δέντρων και να χαλαρώσετε το βράδυ.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
