Traversant et lumineux avec vue sur les arbres et la Tour Saint Jean. L'emplacement vous permettra d'accéder en quelques pas au marché des Halles et son beau mur végétal (parking offert), au Palais des Papes, commerces et quantité de petits bars qui rendent notre place si plaisante. Nous vous y attendons !

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Les nombreux lieux touristiques qu'offre la ville d'Avignon ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pied (Palais des Papes: 11min, Pont Saint Bénézet: 16min, place Saint Didier: 3min). La gare SNCF est à 12min à pied, vous pouvez vous garer aux parking des Italiens (gratuit) à 20min à pied ou au parking des halles (payant) à 4 min à pied du studio.

Magnificent charming apartment of 85 sqm with a big terrace in the historical center of Avignon. With a beautiful view of the Popes' Palace, close to all areas of interest, it is ideal for 4 people. You will have 2 bedrooms (2 queensize beds), 2 bathrooms (shower, sink) and one separate WC, many amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine etc.) and also an elevator. Sheets and towels will be provided. Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm and check-out until 11am.
