First floor: bedroom with a double bed, a tiny bathroom with shower and toilet. About 30 square meters

Our house is newly maintained, in two-storey detached, garden and furnished places. As a location 200 meters from the sea (not to the each). We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.
