Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Pick your own vegetables, figs, pears, grapes, apples and peaches which are in the garden. Eat on the beach meters away from the house at tradition fish taverns. You can go into the village and have ouzo with locals ,visit the hot springs, go to the salt pit and observe the pink flamingos.

Το Pelagia's house είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι που ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα κρατώντας όμως τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα μαζί με τις αναμνήσεις από πολλά ξενοιαστα καλοκαίρια. Το σπίτι διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ένα διπλό κ δύο μονα κρεβάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα,πολύ άνετο μπάνιο, κλιματισμό κ wifi σε όλους τους χώρους Αυτό το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ήσυχες κ χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

Varvagiannis Ouzo-Warehouse

Παραθαλάσσιο διαμέρισμα σε συνδυασμό με την ιστορία του Ούζου Βαρβαγιάννη. Η οικογένεια αποφάσισε να ανακαινίσει το πρώτο της σπίτι, που χρονολογείται από το 1920, το οποίο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο πρώτο εργοστάσιο παραγωγής ούζου. Είστε ευπρόσδεκτοι να περάσετε λίγο ποιοτικό χρόνο σε έναν ξενώνα, που είναι μέρος του Πλωμαρίου και της ιστορίας του πρώτου Ούζου στην Ελλάδα.

To σπιτι χτιστηκε πριν 60 χρονια απο τον Μιχαλη Νικου ως εξοχικη κατοικια της οικογενειας.Στην αρχη ηταν μια απλη πετρινη κατοικια με τζακι.Σιγα σιγα προστεθηκαν τα δωματια κλπ.Πριν 15 χρονια εγινε ανακαινηση και αναπαλαιωση για να καλυπτει τις συγχρονες αναγκες.Το σπιτι και ο περιβαλον χωρος ειναι γεματος αναμνησεις 60 ετων
