Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Υπέροχη εξοχική κατοικία, ισόγειο, πάνω στη θάλασσα, κατάλληλη για οικογένειες, με πρόσβαση σε παραλία. Χαλαρώστε σε αυτή τη γαλήνια τοποθεσία που προσφέρει υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Περιτριγυρίζεται από ένα όμορφο καταπράσινο κήπο. Μπροστά από το σπίτι υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα και κήπος με γκαζόν. Διαθέτει μεγάλο καθιστικό χώρο και 3 ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Ετοιμάστε τα γεύματά σας στην πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η είσοδος μας έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση ακόμα και για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.

Απολαύστε τις διακοπές σας στον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο μας. Βρίσκεται στον κόλπο Γέρας, πλάι στη θάλασσα με απέραντη θέα. Ποδηλασία, κολύμπι ,περίπατος ,ψάρεμα ,επαφή με τη φύση μερικές από τις δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται επί του παραλιακού δρόμου Μυτιλήνης Πλωμαρίου. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

Το σπίτι διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ένα διπλό κ δύο μονα κρεβάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα,πολύ άνετο μπάνιο, κλιματισμό κ wifi σε όλους τους χώρους Αυτό το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ήσυχες κ χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

Παραθαλάσσιο διαμέρισμα σε συνδυασμό με την ιστορία του Ούζου Βαρβαγιάννη. Η οικογένεια αποφάσισε να ανακαινίσει το πρώτο της σπίτι, που χρονολογείται από το 1920, το οποίο βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο πρώτο εργοστάσιο παραγωγής ούζου. Είστε ευπρόσδεκτοι να περάσετε λίγο ποιοτικό χρόνο σε έναν ξενώνα, που είναι μέρος του Πλωμαρίου και της ιστορίας του πρώτου Ούζου στην Ελλάδα.
