The Champagne Room is located in a beautifully renovated mansion. This room is a guest favorite, due to the large windows overlooking our back patios and carriage house. A large walk-in closet makes this room especially suitable for business travelers whose plans call for a lengthy stay. A lovely in-room bathroom, original to the home includes a spacious shower and completes this very private corner room. If rented for two months or longer, we offer a generous 50% off discount.

Located just a few miles from both Canyon Ferry Lake and Hauser Lake you can enjoy the great outdoors. Or head into Helena, MT just 20 miles to enjoy all the town has to offer.

The Courtney Rose Suite

This roomy third floor suite sits at the top of a beautiful, immaculately renovated, mansion. This suite includes the Courtney Rose Room (king bed) and a second room, the Montana Wheat. This room has two beds (one double and one twin). There is a beautifully furnished large living area and private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. We have also recently added a kitchenette. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the first floor between 7:30 AM and 9 AM each morning.

The Rankin Room Located Within a Restored Mansion

This beautiful room is located within a stunningly renovated mansion. The large windows, walk-in closet, and claw-foot tub (with sensational shower) - another original), will leave you feeling extremely spoiled. The large private bath is located immediately to the right of the bedroom. However, you must exit your room to enter this private bath. It is only a couple of steps and robes are provided. If rented for two months or longer, we offer a generous 50% off discount.

Anniversary Room

The Anniversary room is located on the first floor within our immaculately renovated mansion. This beautiful and comfortable room includes two side chairs, a table, as well as a California King bed. Handsome antique furnishings, large windows, and a lovely fireplace offer a soft at-home feeling to the elegance of the room.
