Here we will offer a comfortable two-bedroom, one bath manufactured home that will exceed all your expectations. We make it our goal to give our guests a pleasant and memorable getaway. Whether you're looking for a weekend retreat or an extended stay, this will be the perfect spot for you! We are located about 4 miles from the Natchez Trace Parkway, and about 2 miles from town!

A peaceful retreat at Kahu Farm

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars! This lovely canvas tent has a comfy queen size bed, tables and chair with ottoman. There’s outdoor seating on the deck, a table and chairs outside and a lovely spot to enjoy an evening fire! We have an outdoor shower and bathroom for your use along with an outdoor kitchen where we are happy to offer coffee and baked goods for breakfast when available! Please let us know if you’d like those in advance. We also just installed solar power!

The Chalet @ High Forest Farms

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this stylish chalet. One of two stunning homes situated on 120 acres w/ two spring-fed ponds just off the Natchez Trace Pky. There's plenty of room to entertain both indoors & outdoors. The chalet features an open concept living /dining & a gourmet eat-in kitchen. There are (2) bedrooms down (king & queen w/ (2) twins), & a main level bathroom. Upstairs a reading loft leads to the master bedroom with its own luxury ensuite bathroom w/ a shower & soaking tub.

The Sun House

This stylish, modern country home is perfect for a peaceful getaway in Summertown, Tennessee. A large deck with great views of a nearby creek and pasture lands provide "forest fenced" privacy. The window wall and large double doors in the great room makes it feel like your bringing the outdoors in. Cathedral wood ceilings, a full kitchen, and modern bath with laundry machines rounds out a large, yet cozy space for a writer's retreat, passing traveler, or just a swanky night away.

Two master bedrooms with king beds & private en-suite bathrooms, two additional rooms with (2) queen beds in each, and a (4) bed bunk room.

Nestled in the heart of Tennessee lies 30 acres of rolling pastures lined by woods along the pristine Buffalo River. Birds harmonize melodies of country charm while deer and turkey pass through the edges of the pasture and into the hollers. Seven Pines River Resort is set just off the beaten path of a little country lane with sprawling meadows to park, camp and enjoy the outdoors. The River provides great fishing, swimming, and kayaking best experienced from May-Sept.

The Cabin @ High Forest Farms

A peaceful, stylish retreat located next our blueberry field and purple martin sanctuary, this cabin offers a perfect way to escape. A spring-fed catfish pond is also available for your enjoyment. If you are interested in fishing, please let us know in advance so that we can provide you with more information. Farm fresh produce, jams, eggs, and other handcrafted goods from local artisans will also be available at our Farm Market starting in July 2023.
