Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and full size fold up bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. There is an extra drive way for boat parking. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

A classic 1500sq/ft mid-century cottage located on the west side of Redding. This 3 bed/2bath house is located in the established and safe Sunset Terrace. The cottage sits next to a green belt and T.R. woods park with playground, BBQ area, and basketball court. Only a short 4min drive from downtown Redding to the east and an 8min drive west to beautiful and understated Whiskeytown Lake to the west. It's a simple house. Quaint. Familiar. A good book-reading loungie kinda house.

The Bears' Den at River Rock Gardens & Cottages

The Bears' Den is one of three unique separate cottages on our property. It is a cozy studio cottage with a king bed and a twin, sleeping a family of 3. It has a small kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. It is not designed for full cooking...more for snacks. We can provide a charcoal BBQ. You bring your own charcoal. It is located near the pool and a short stroll to the Trinity River and decks for relaxing.

Take some time to relax in this luxury retreat studio. Attached to our home but completely independent (joined by a shared wall), you can come and go down your own pathway and entrance. This King deluxe master studio is 3 mins walk to the river and trails. Soak in the spa bath, 'eat in' using your private kitchenette, enjoy the freshly roasted special blend of coffee provided by your host, or sit on the patio in the tranquil back garden.

Our yurt is a place of tranquility & fun in the round. It’s a perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. You have private river access located next to the Strawhouse Cafe’ across the street where you can swim, fish, relax, and/or hike nearby trails. The kitchen has a mini fridge, air fryer, toaster oven, induction plate & microwave and is stocked with cups, plates, silverware, etc. Charcoal BBQ is in share area outside.
