You’ll be just 8 minutes from Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley, and 25 minutes to Snowbasin! Relax in the private hot tub and cube Sauna, fire up the Ooni pizza oven, or unwind in the game garage with foosball and arcade fun. With bright, cozy living spaces and fiber-fast Wi-Fi, this mountain escape is the perfect year-round retreat for families and adventure seekers alike!

Power house-basement with gym

Enjoy movies on a 65" screen with surround sound. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pancake mix for breakfast. Paper products provided; only sink is in the bathroom. Shared gym available. 2 bedrooms: king room and bunk room with twin, full, and trundle. 1 bathroom. Access is around back and down about 20 stairs. This is a private basement suite in our home, so you may hear normal household sounds. Fans, white noise machine, and earplugs provided. 2 vehicles max.

This suite is the perfect getaway to explore the beautiful Morgan Valley and the mountains around Snowbasin year round. Very quiet home with a private entrance, patio w/ fire pit, full kitchen, viewing area, bathroom w/ luxurious bathtub & separate shower. Main room has a power reclining couch and TV with all of the steaming apps. Includes access to a very nice large hot tub. Easy access from I-84, 15 minutes to Snowbasin, 30 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, and 35 to the SLC airport.

Private Guest House – Trails, Nature & Sauna Nestled on a quiet ½ acre in central Ogden, this pet-friendly guest house is steps from the Ogden River Parkway and minutes to downtown, Ogden Canyon, and ski resorts. Enjoy a natural, private setting with fruit trees, a hammock, and space to relax or work remotely. Trails are just down the road, and for an extra touch, guests can book a session in our wood-burning sauna (fee applies). The perfect basecamp for both adventure and rest.
