The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

This house allows you to live moments of rest after an unforgettable day at the beach or at the “Valley of Temples”, as from there you can easily enjoy the enchanting parts of Agrigento. In fact, you can reach (on foot) “Via Atenea”, beating heart of the old town of Agrigento, full of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. Moreover, a free parking is available near the house. The terrace of () is breathtaking and sea view; there it is possibile to have a good breakfast or also a candle light dinner.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. Il Nido di Modica è un'antica casetta molto particolare con una vista spettacolare sul centro storico, completamente ristrutturata seguendo scrupolosamente lo stile dell'epoca. Dalla muratura all'arredamento è un immersione totale nella Modica di fine '800 e inizi del '900, per di più incastonata e integrata perfettamente all'interno del quartiere Cartellone, un luogo senza tempo arroccato sulla collina di fronte a San Giorgio con un groviglio di viuzze pedonali che rimandano al medioevo.

Dalla finestra del salotto lo sguardo corre dalla spiaggia di Torre salsa (riserva naturale) a Capo Bianco. La spiaggia di Bovo Marina non è molto affollata anche in piena estate.
