This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Mid mod vibe- amazing views, 800 ft walk to beach

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Come to the beach, not a cliff. This is one of the few places in Lincoln City you are actually on the beach not on a cliff. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. Whether it is watching the whales from the hot tub, enjoying the sunset from the fire pit or joining the endless surfers you will always have a memory to take home with you. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer.
