Fully furnished with two queen-size beds, desk, small refrigerator, coffee maker, hot plate and dishes. A mini-split a/c & heat pump provides cooling and heat in both rooms, in addition to radiators. It is on the 2nd floor of the home. Property owners & a few tenants are on site. We have 2 friendly dogs.
