With striking countryside views, accommodation is spread across the 1st floor of a converted old barn accessed via an external staircase. The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Home from home garden lodge

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our (now only 1)dog who loves to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and shopping. As there is no shop in our vicinity you will find milk, bread and some basic essentials on your arrival.

Walks from the door in every direction- through woodland to Market Rasen or go up the ridge to enjoy views of Lincoln on a clear day , and of course the walk into Tealby to enjoy the local pub and tea rooms.

Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
