The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. Approx 5 minutes from J38 &39 of M6, in easy reach of Orton village’s amenities of pub, cafe, shop, chocolate factory and local farm shop. Ideal as base a for exploring the local area or a stopover en-route to & from the north. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep. Adjoins The Smithy to accommodate upto 9 guests

Barn annexe La’L Skaithe

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
