Pines Beach House is located on the beach of Livadi, the main town of Serifos Island. It is walking distance to the port and all the seaside shops, bars and restaurants that it offers. The house comprises of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Large verandas with sea views and a garden with outdoor dining and lounge chairs are ideal for a relaxing vacation.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Walking up to the sound of roosters & cicadas is a chance to unwind from hectic citylife and connect with nature. Αυτόνομο σπιτι σε κεντρικο σημείο , 3-5 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο το λιμάνι αφιξης , τα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια , τα μεσα μεταφοράς ,ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων και τής τρεις κοντινές παραλιες. ( Λιβαδακια ,Αυλομωνας, Καραβι) Ωστόσο ήσυχα. . Επίσης είναι σε όροφο υπάρχουν σκαλιά για την είσοδο στο σπίτι.....
