Rivolto a Ovest, a due passi dal mare e dal porticciolo di Scauri, con incredibile vista sugli spettacolari tramonti dell'isola, ha anche accesso al grande giardino esotico che raccoglie decine di esemplari di rara bellezza. Una camera doppia, il bagno spazioso e la veranda dalla quale pochi gradini conducono alla piscina, sono gli elementi essenziali del dammuso. Sono compresi la prima colazione e il posto macchina, piscina condivisa.
