We think you'll love this peaceful, family friendly cottage. For a price similar to a local hotel, you'll get a newly remodeled 2-bedroom house complete with kitchen and formal dining room located on fenced in lot 🐶 in quiet neighborhood. The master has a king bed with 400 count Egyptian cotton sheets and a bamboo mattress topper. The guest has a queen bed with a sensafoam mattress. There is a new 50” tv and high speed fiber WI-FI. There is also a breakfast bar with your favorite coffee.

Looking for a "respite from reality"? Close enough to great restaurants and night life, but far enough away to enjoy relaxation at its finest! The beach is between 25 to 30 miles away and there are numerous beaches within that radius, including Hilton Head and Hunting Island. Of course, the cottage is right in front of a beautiful and peaceful coastal marsh. We’re also not far from Parris Island if it’s time to celebrate your special Marine! Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
