When staying in our bungalow you can expect a great nights sleep in a peaceful location just a stones throw from the local attractions, pubs, restaurants and most importantly our beautiful beach! Our cosy cottage includes free wifi, a separate bedroom with a Queen bed, living room, tea and coffee facilities, bathroom and courtyard all of which is best enjoyed feet up relaxing with a cocktail in hand after a long day exploring the coast. The nook is a gorgeous self-contained cottage retreat ideal for couples, singles, or families. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, sumptuous linen and an open living plan around a wood fireplace. Amazing beaches, wildlife, great eateries and all the sights and wonders of the Great Ocean Road just there for your pleasure. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

The Barn

The Barn is a bright, well-appointed studio which offers beautiful surrounds in a fully self-contained space. Explore our 50 acre property including your own forest. Located in the quiet hamlet of Deans Marsh, the hinterland of Lorne. Just a stroll to The Store cafe. Only 20 minutes to Lorne with the Otways at your doorstep. Other attractions include bush walking, local wineries, bird watching and mountain bike rides. Although the main house is adjacent, your privacy is assured.

River House 1 - Lorne Holiday Stays

Set beside the river, the property has it's own walking track leading straight into town, ideal for morning coffee's, boutique shopping or an easy evening stroll to dinner.
