We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

Come lounge in style in the Hollywood Hills. This private 1-bedroom rental has everything you could need- large bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bath, and a huge enclosed covered porch. This space really takes indoor/ outdoor living to the next level. The porch has a tree house vibe complete with hanging day bed. There’s an additional garden to relax in. All areas are private, including a private gated entrance for extra security. Ample street parking in front of property.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

This charming studio perched in the Hollywood Hills atop legendary Laurel Canyon is ideally located. Head down the hill to the historic Canyon Country store for Lily's coffee or live music on Sunday mornings. Take a short drive to the Sunset Strip, Hollywood's Walk of Fame, or WeHo's famous nightlife. For hikers, we are near multiple trails including the hikers’ paradise of Runyon Canyon, and a hop, skip and jump over the hill to Studio City and the Valley.

Comfortable queen-size bed with good linens, basic kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, flat screen TV and a small private deck combine to offer a convenient studio for most needs.
