It’s rustic up-cycled décor alongside modern additions such as underfloor heating, wood burner and roll top bath, makes it a rare haven for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing escape. A perfect retreat after days spent exploring everything Cornwall has to offer. We are dog friendly too!

The Shire House - Blissful Joyful - One Bedroom

The Shire House is grade II listed and dates from 1780. Situated in the heart of Lostwithiel and with the river Fowey just 30 steps away. This is a Georgian townhouse with a walled garden full of sun. Expect lots of character, with contemporary design, and with up to the minute amenities. The minimum stay is usually 3 nights but do contact me if you are only looking for 2 nights as this may be possible. And if you need more than one bedroom we can happily discuss a price for your requirement.

The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Little Lea is a cosy, newly renovated studio apartment, with a mezzanine level double bed, compact kitchenette, bathroom with shower and free parking. A 7-8 minute walk down the hill will get you to the centre of the historical town of Lostwithiel where there are a variety of independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket and the beautiful River Fowey. Lostwithiel Railway Station is a 5 minute walk, and is on the mainline from London to Penzance.

The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. We have an outdoor seating area opposite the Studio We provide Tea, coffee, sugar milk. My Farm is close to Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Bocconoc Country Estate, Looe, Polperro, Fowey, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charles town, Mevagissey, Lerryn, Bodmin Moor, Port Issac

Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.

Fabulous base for lovely walks along the gorgeous Fowey River and up the valley to Restormel with easy access to the port of Fowey (short taxi ride or 10 minute drive) and the town of Bodmin, and on to the rest of Cornwall.

This is our lovely little holiday cottage. Near both North and South Coast beaches. Lostwithiel is a pretty little town with beautiful antique shops, wonderful walks and a great river. Butcher, Deli and local shops less than 5 min walk. 20 min walk to train station with trains to London and local spots.
