Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

We are cooks & have furnished kitchen for those that like to cook. We sell local eggs, herbs, preserves, produce and honey harvested on the property. Access to the property is from an exterior stairway.

This cottage is in our backyard and next to train tracks. You will need to walk 150 ft from dedicated parking. No pets.

It is located near historic sites from colonial times of the United States and the Civil War and near Charlottesville VA and homes to three early US presidents (Monticello, Ash Lawn and Montpelier).
