Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Centrally located off of Highway 15 North in Neshoba County you will enjoy unique restaurants and shops with a quick trip to Philadelphia, Noxapater, and Louisville. It is centrally located between Philadelphia and Starkville. So with only a 30-45 minute drive you can enjoy the Neshoba County Fair, casino and water park in Philadelphia, or be at a MSU game in Starkville. It is less than 10 minutes from Lake Tiak-O’ Khata, and only 7 miles from Walmart and Main Street.

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Come and find a night’s rest in our small cabin just off of Hwy 45 near Brooksville, Ms. It is located 24 miles from Columbus and 27 miles from Starkville Ms. The Ole Country Bakery and Magnolia Market is nearby. The cabin is a motel style room with a queen size bed and separate bathroom with a shower.
