Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

Relax and unwind in our modern open plan one bed maisonette. Each floor has french doors which open up onto balconies for you to enjoy the side sea views of Newquay bay. We are located between Lusty Glaze & Tolcarne beach, both just 5 minutes walk away. With towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf, lovely bars, restaurants & panoramic sunsets. There is exterior maintenance works taking place on site, sorry no parking is available, free roadside parking in the local area. Enquire for info

Seaview coastal home (5ppl) beaches 3min walk.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

The Garden Retreat is a lovely, recently created space providing guests with their own private garden and seating, a comfy bedroom, including sofa area and ensuite with a large shower. We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space
