Perfectly placed at the most mesmerising are for relaxation and a dip to the sea, or a walk to the forest. Spacious room for one or a couple to share in a newly built townhouse. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig, et rækkehus i 3 etager med 3 dejlige børneværelser, fint køkken og en dejlig lys stue, med direkte udgang til stor træterrasse, med sandkasse, legehus, trampolin og en gasgrill. Der er to badeværelser og en masse legetøj til børnene! Huset ligger 10 min gang fra Frilandsmuseet og tæt på Lyngby. Desuden tæt på skov og strand (7 min i bil til Skodsborg og Vedbæk strand) og 15 min i bil til indre Østerbro. Tæt på den smukke natur i Dyrehaven.

Charming, newly renovated townhouse with great location - right by public transportation, close to shopping street, the beach and forrest. Perfect stay for families or if you wish to stay right outside Copenhagen which can be reached by train in 15 minuttes. The house has a cozy backyard and garden with a playhouse. Inside the main floor has a combined kitchen/dinning room, and a living room with TV and fireplace. First floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. Plus an attic with extra bed.

Vidunderligt byhus/dobbelthus centralt

I påsken min. 3 overnatninger. Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Hus i 4 etager. Vi har en kælder med vaskerum, værksted, fryser mm. Vi har stueetagen med stue, køkken og spiseplads, adgang til have og terrasse og grill. 1 salen med 3 værelser og badeværelse. 2 salen med et stort værelse. I haven er der mål, trampolin og badmintonnet mm. Vi bor 1/2 km til s-tog, 1 km til Fribad, 7 km til Øresund, 12 km til København.

Cozy privat located room in basement. With separate entrence. Near by nice modern bathroom. When you need to come around. It will be easy With the Virum S-train station 7 minutes walk away. And busses going all the time from Kongevejen just beside of the location. We Will be as helpfull as we possibly can so you can have a present stay. To find the entrance you have to look for the description of direction And then it is half price VS a cheep Danish hotel. ;-)

Lovely and spacious townhouse close to CPH

Welcome to our lovely house in Lyngby. Close to nature and a short train ride from the city center, it’s a perfect base for families to explore the city. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature and possibilities for hiking and canoeing. The house sleeps up to 10 -12 guests in 5 bedrooms, one loft and a living room sleeping couch. There is also a cute garden and terrace, and the community playground is just out the back door.

Huset ligger i hjertet af Kongens Lyngby med hyggelige cafeer og de bedste shopping muligheder. Det tager 15 minutter med toget så er du i København og 10 minutter i bil. Det er et hyggeligt lyst hus med egen stor terasse. Hvis man holder af natur, så er Kongens Lyngby er omgivet af smukke søer og skove. Det er en stuelejlighed med en stor terasse og plads til 6 sovende gæster.
